Refund policy

1) Cancellation Period / Timeframe
You have 14 days to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please see below on our returns policy and how to return goods. All goods must be in their original packaging, unused and you will be required to pay for all postage.

2) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods don’t happen very often, but when they do we endeavour to put things right. Please see our contact information first and we will deal with it asap.

3) How to request a return or a refund
In the first instance please email sales@silverliningstore.com with your name, address, order details and any other relevant information. All return costs will be payable by the sender. Please make sure that you send via a delivery method that offers proof of postage. Once the item has been returned to ourselves we will refund via. the original payment method. Due to hygiene regulations we are unable to provide a refund on goods that have been worn or used. All goods must be in their original packaging.
