Silver Lining is a small family business, established in 2002. (Yes, we were surprised to realise it has been 20 years at the time of writing this!) And we are not only a family business, but we consider the team, the owners, and the customers a big family. So if you would like to be a part of this family, we are happy to welcome you!

At Silver Lining you have the combined experience of over 10 piercers over a multitude of years behind you, to ensure you have the best possible experience when getting a piercing. Whether it is about the perfect placement, the correct aftercare, or customer service in store or via online chats, we always try to make things right for you. We understand how nervous you can be when getting a piercing - we've all been there! so we always take our time to run you through the process, explain the individual steps, or distract you with a friendly chat. Making our customers comfortable is very important to us!

While we deeply care about making the procedure as easy and calming as possible, we also want to ensure that the piercing itself turns out perfect and will heal nicely. Some piercings are very dependent upon your anatomy, and we will always be honest with you if we think a piercing would not heal correctly or cause issues otherwise. Unfortunately the piercing industry is not very regulated, so a lot of studios will just "go for it", and that can result in a lot of complications. Should a piercing not work out the way you had planned, don't worry! We will always run you through the alternatives, and will try our best to find a solution. We want our customers to leave our shops with a piercing that will last a long time! To make sure your piercing has the best possible chance to heal well, we also pierce exclusively with implant grade titanium, that is totally nickel free.  Titanium is totally hypoallergenic, and will allow for a smooth healing process, even for customers with sensitive skin.
